Wellness Provider/Therapist Position
Overview:
Therapists will provide mental health therapy to individuals, couples and families via telehealth and/or in-person.

We are a growing group practice based out of Southern California, offering mental health services to the community. We strive to provide services that are holistic, affordable and culturally inclusive by accepting some insurances and incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches. We pride ourselves in offering quality services to the entire community, while specializing in the Latinx population.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice therapy in the state of California (ex. LMFT, LCSW).
Must be willing to become credentialed with certain insurance panels.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required).
Must incorporate a culturally inclusive approach in therapy services.
Job Duties:
provide mental health therapy sessions (approximately 50 minutes).
must have a reliable internet connection.
maintain at least 15-20 sessions per week.
complete all necessary documentation; including (but not limited to) progress notes, treatment plans, diagnoses, discharge and consultation notes.
update weekly schedule availability.
consultation calls with prospective clients.
attend bi-weekly staff meetings.
